Thanks Mel - and an even bigger THANK YOU because it's thanks to you really that I had the best run I've ever had up to the halfway point in the LONDON Marathon last weekend as your voice was in my head saying over and over again feel your shoulder blades sliding down your back - this kept me so relaxed and really helped my breathing and posture! I now really believe it can actually feel quite good running! just need to remember to keep those shoulders down!!
